Two of my digi-pals are celebrating birthdays this weekend! A big fat Happy Birthday to Jodie and Brittany!

Sorry there hasn’t been much going on in my birthday bash this week! I’ve been feeling icky the last few days. Some type of stomach bug I guess. And now I’m expecting a house full tomorrow. My parents are driving up from Sudbury to visit for a while, and also an aunt is flying in from the opposite end of the country. So . .. yeah. All further birthday activies are postponed until next week LOL! I’ll have a layout challenge for you on Monday though, and then of course Wednesday is the next $1 sale. So don’t forget to come back!

 And now we’ll move on to completely un-related topics . . .

I have to talk about this kit I discovered yesterday. Have you been to Catscrap to shop at their sale yet? Have you seen their new designer Madame Mim? Whoooo boy! Some cool stuff in there. I flipped out when I found this kit:

The preview doesn’t do it justice! The elements are amazing.  I’m gonna use it to scrap the photos of my family visiting the Vancouver Aquarium last September. Here’s the first one I did (click on it for a bigger view)

My boyfriend got me (among other things) a talking Michael Scott bobble-head and a Scrantonicity t-shirt for Christmas! So now my Dwight bobble-head has some company LOL! And I love the shirt. Actually I’m amassing quite a collection of vintage and/or funny t-shirts. I will have to do a blog post for all of them one of these days! (oh and see that cool glittery alpha in that layout? if you likey, you should stop by my Studio on Wednesday *hint*hint* )

Ok well it’s 11:25 p.m. and I’ve been awake since 5:30 a.m. so I’m thinking perhaps it’s time to hit the sack. Especially since I wasn’t feeling well to boot! LOL! Goodnight and have a good weekend!
